15 second L-sit hold

10 plank push ups

5 burpee broad jumps (focus on distance)


Sumo-deadlift high pullsĀ 5-5-5-5

Hang squat cleans 5-5-5-5

Hang squat snatches 5-5-5-5

Donny Shankle works up to a 200kg Hang Clean
