Meet our Team

Whatever you need, we’ve got you covered. We offer individual trainers and group sessions. You don’t have to be a professional athlete or fitness fanatic to enjoy and benefit from one of our programs. Our client base includes people with a wide range of goals at every stage of their life, so our staff knows how to work with you to create the best exercise plan.

Paris Kiripatea

Owner | CrossFit Coach | HIIT Instructor | BoxFit Instructor | KidsFit Instructor | Personal Trainer

Certificate III & IV Fitness | CrossFit Level 1 

Paris has been working in the fitness industry since 2004 as a Personal Trainer and a Group Exercise Instructor and became a certified CrossFit Level 1 Coach in 2013. Paris has a background in bodybuilding and has worked with people of all ages from children to senior citizens and  people with disabilities. Paris has a great respect for the learning process and is adamant in his instruction during classes that the development of ones technique is of a high priority and enjoys the challenge of helping anyone achieve their health and fitness goals.

Rah is a proud Mum of five and has been attending our CrossFit classes for 3 years. Rah joined our Coaching team 12 months ago and is also available for 1 on 1 Personal Training. If you are looking for more personalised, specific training, get in touch with our gym now!

Laura has been training CrossFit on and off since she was 19 and became a member of PB nearly 12 months ago. We are excited to have Laura onboard as one of our Coaches.

As a coach I am here to help you achieve your goals and to make your fitness journey a positive experience. I am here to teach you correct technique and progressions and to also install belief in each athlete that you can do it. I am here for extra guidance and motivation. So as a coach whatever support you need to achieve your goal I AM HERE for you.
