CROSSFIT

Constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity. Suitable for all fitness levels.

WEIGHTLIFTING

A class that concentrates on the Olympic weight lifting aspect which is  a very common part of CrossFit classes.  Breaking  down and developing Olympic Lifts and focusing on technique. Suitable for all levels of experience and ability.

BOXFIT

A combination of body weight exercise, cardio and boxing designed to get you into condition. Suitable for all fitness levels.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training is a 45 minute total body aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval based class will combine full body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts. Suitable for all fitness levels.

KIDSFIT

A fun energetic class that will help develop and improve your child’s coordination, strength, power, speed and endurance. Our experienced trainers will help build up your children’s confidence and fitness levels.
